Notice: In compliance with Google Play Developer Policy, Fill4Me provides all users the right to request permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account and Data
You can delete your account using either of the following two methods:
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can instantly and permanently purge your account directly inside the Fill4Me mobile app:
- Open the Fill4Me app on your Android or iOS device.
- Navigate to the Profile / Settings screen.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm your choice. Your account and all local/cloud profile data will be permanently wiped immediately.
Method 2: Web-Based Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can submit a deletion request to our administrative team via email:
- Send an email to support@fill4me.online with the subject
Account Deletion Request - Fill4Me. - Include your registered email address used with Fill4Me.
- Our team will process the deletion and permanently erase all associated records within 24 to 48 hours, followed by an email confirmation.
What Data Is Deleted?
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently erased:
- Your authentication credentials (Firebase Auth UID, Email, and Name).
- All saved profile attributes (personal bio, educational credentials, addresses, and phone numbers).
- All uploaded document vault files, photos, and signature assets.
- Your brand collaboration application logs and history.
Data Retention Period
We do not retain backup copies of deleted user accounts. Once deleted, the action is irreversible and your data cannot be recovered.
